4. Ticket Buyers & Attendees

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise by the event organizer.
  • Event cancellations or rescheduling are the responsibility of the organizer.
  • TicketGhar is not liable for any event-related disputes or cancellations.

5. Payment & Transactions

  • Payments for ticket sales are processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • In Case of Payment Gateway Failure: If the payment gateway is not working, buyers can pay directly in cash to the event organizer or receive funds in the organizer’s direct wallet.
  • Cash Handling: TicketGhar does not handle any cash transactions. Buyers must deposit cash directly to the event organizer and collect their tickets.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are subject to the event organizer’s policies. TicketGhar does not process refunds directly.
  • If an event is canceled, attendees should contact the organizer for refund requests.
  • Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved between the buyer and the organizer.

7. Platform Responsibilities & Limitations

  • TicketGhar acts as a facilitator for ticketing services and does not organize events directly.
  • We are not responsible for event cancellations, reschedules, or failures.
  • TicketGhar is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from events or ticket purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and materials on TicketGhar are the property of the platform or respective owners.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of platform content is prohibited.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:

  • Terms & Conditions are violated.
  • Fraudulent activities or misuse of services are detected.
  • Legal authorities request an account suspension.
